1. Service Description

EasyDenmark (CVR: DK45600041) provides a subscription-based platform offering personalized integration guides, checklists, partner directory, and support services for internationals in Denmark. Our service includes access to written guides, conditional content based on your profile, checklist tracking, AI assistant, and community resources.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or share your account with others. Companion accounts are limited to one per subscription and must be your spouse or partner.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You will receive an email reminder 30 days before annual renewals as required by Danish consumer protection law.

Payments are non-refundable except as required by Danish consumer protection law (Forbrugeraftale). If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

All guides, content, software, and materials provided through EasyDenmark are protected by copyright and owned by EasyDenmark. You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

EasyDenmark provides information and guidance but is not a substitute for professional legal, immigration, tax, or medical advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Government processes and requirements change frequently.

You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk. EasyDenmark is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed deadlines, incorrect information, or denied applications.

6. Partner Directory

The partner directory lists third-party service providers. EasyDenmark does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of partner services. Any transactions or interactions with partners are solely between you and that partner. EasyDenmark is not responsible for partner conduct, service quality, or disputes.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
